Creon Upton

Creon is an experienced commercial and civil litigator who has appeared at all levels of the New Zealand Courts.

He has particular interest and expertise in contentious estate matters, relationship property and trust matters and commercial contractual disputes.  Creon has also represented claimants in the Waitangi Tribunal.

Creon is experienced in alternative dispute resolution through mediations and arbitrations and has appeared before an international sporting arbitral body in New York City.

Immediately prior to joining the team at Malley & Co, Creon spent 5 years at LeeSalmonLong, a specialist litigation firm in Auckland.
