Ashley Kelland

Ashley is a general civil and commercial litigator, working on a broad range of disputes. 

Ashley joined Malley & Co in January 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours at the University of Canterbury.  He has a particular interest in property and lease disputes, insolvency and debt recovery, and contentious estates. 

In his spare time, Ashley is an active hockey umpire for various local and national competitions and volunteers with the New Zealand Cadet Forces.
