Matthew is a Senior Lawyer in the Commercial and Property team.  Matthew provides advice on a broad range of commercial matters, including residential and commercial development, commercial leasing and conveyancing.  Matthew has a particular focus on property development and subdivisions.  He can assist with the full life cycle of a property development and subdivision, including purchase of the underlying land, issue of new records of title, and sale of subdivided properties.

 Born and raised in Canada, Matthew has lived in New Zealand since2012 and earned his law degree from the University of Canterbury in 2022.

 Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time at New Zealand’s various ski fields and exploring its natural beauty.
