Jeroen has extensive experience assisting clients through all stages of the development lifecycle, from site acquisition and financing through to construction, subdivision, leasing and sale. His construction expertise includes advising on building contracts, project delivery arrangements, risk management and resolving contractual issues that arise during the course of a project.

In addition to his property and construction practice, Jeroen advises clients on commercial leasing matters, including retail, industrial and office leases, lease negotiations, renewals, assignments and property management issues.
