Simon Price

Simon leads Malley & Co's trusts team. He specialises in business transactions, asset structuring and leases, and also acts generally for clients in trust, property, commercial and business Law. He has specialist knowledge in Buy/Sell Agreements for business owners.

He values client relationships and firmly believes they are the foundation of being an effective adviser. Simon was a partner at Mackintosh Bradley & Price before the merger with Malley & Co.

Simon has served on various committees of the New Zealand Law Society (Canterbury Branch) including Conveyancing (which he convened), Public Relations and the Standards Committee. He is a former board member and chair of the Laura Fergusson Trust, a former board member and chair of NZ LAW, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
