Pip Allan

Pip is an experienced and effective dispute resolution expert.

She is a capable and tenacious litigator in the various Courts and a pragmatic advocate in mediation and arbitration.

Pip obtained a solid grounding in dispute resolution in 2 national firms before heading to London where she was legal counsel for a software company. 

Upon returning to New Zealand she practiced at a large North Island firm in Tauranga, before moving back to Christchurch and taking up the leadership of Malley & Co's civil litigation team.
