Layton Ward

Layton is an experienced Commercial, Property and Trusts lawyer. He specialises in all matters relating to business, property, finance, trusts and asset structuring.

He is known for his strategic thinking and client-focused approach to ensure tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Before returning to New Zealand and joining Malley & Co in July 2020, Layton worked in a leading property firm in London for a number of years, acting for high net worth individuals on various large scale residential developments. He also spent a number of years in Blenheim working in a private practice law firm specialising in property law and asset planning.

Outside of the office, Layton enjoys playing golf and is a keen follower of all sports.
