Dominic Fitchett

Dominic has nearly 20 years’ experience in New Zealand and overseas, and is a specialist in commercial leasing, property development, acquisitions and disposals. He advises clients on property investments, large scale residential developments, construction contracts, commercial leases, buying and selling of businesses, financing and structuring.

Dominic combines a pragmatic and commercial approach to the law with an ability to clearly communicate the key issues to his clients.

Dominic is an Accredited Specialist of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society and is Chair of the Southern Health and Disability Ethics Committee.  In addition, Dominic is Co-Chair of the Board of Te Putahi Centre for Architecture and City Making.
