Jane Yee LL.B (Hons), B.Sc (Hons)

• Jane joined Malley & Co in October 2009 and is based in the Hornby office.
• Jane graduated from the University of Otago with BSc(Hons) and an LLB(Hons) and has been practicing law since 1998.
• She worked in Auckland for a number of years doing a wide variety of legal work in the commercial/business and property areas.  As a true mainlander (born on the West Coast, raised in Christchurch, studied in Dunedin) Jane has returned to Christchurch.
• Jane can provide clients with a wide range of legal advice including corporate/commercial/business, property, trusts, asset planning including trusts, wills, relationship property agreements and powers of attorney, leases, contract issues, charities including trusts and incorporated societies, family.
• Jane enjoys working with clients in the Hornby area and is continuing to build on the good community links already established at Malley & Co, Hornby.
