John Shingleton is the Partner responsible for the employment law team. Employment problems can be very stressful for those involved and require specialist knowledge and experience in providing advice. John advises a number of corporate clients on all employment law aspects of their businesses and provides representation in disputes when required from Mediation to Employment Court levels.

John assists clients with negotiations with unions and employee representatives regarding collective employment agreements and redundancy issues.

John acts as an advocate for senior executives and has been successful in negotiating satisfactory settlements on behalf of these executives. In addition, John holds seminars on matters such as Health and Safety in the workplace and the impact of changes in employment legislation.
