About The current partners are Ernie Tait, who joined the firm in 1975, Patrick Costelloe in 1997, Dominic Dravitzki in 1996, John Shingleton in 2004 and Greg Hair in 2002. The firm has fourteen support staff. Malley & Co Lawyers provides advice in the areas detailed in this website. In addition to these services, we also have a nominee company, which provides an alternative source of investment or finance.

John Shingleton is fluent in French and a holder of a Masters in Law from France. He looks after a number of French businesses and nationals regarding issues in both New Zealand and in France, where he has extensive contacts in the French legal fraternity.

Our central locations at 47 Cathedral Square, City and 401 Main South Road, Hornby, Christchurch are easy to access. We provide free car parking for the first hour at Rydges car park in the city, with free parking at the door at Hornby.
